He should also have a wealth of design experience across web and mobile interfaces. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in content-rich, community-oriented sites, with a focus on user engagement, optimizing calls to action, and lead generation, to name a few.

Summary of Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of interaction design fundamentals and best practices
• At least 2 years of relevant and practical UI/UX design experience
• Hands-on experience working with HTML, HTML5 and CSS3
• HTML & Photoshop expertise to quickly create mocks and convert them into HTML
• Must have an in-depth experience working with responsive web design
